Sporting Time at Miango

Apart from one-on-one opportunity the annual retreat affords couples to refresh for two whole days, evening sporting activities and siesta form important aspects of the annual Couples Fellowship retreat.

Challenges of modern day living and the changing world have compelled most couples to be intentionally or unintentionally apart – not having any time again to engage in healthy leisure that add to the quality of their lives. Many couples do not take the advantage of health benefits of regular exercise and simple naps – those short early afternoon or midday sleep intended to make couples spend time with their spouses. The annual retreat, therefore, takes us back to these healthy habits.
